Anchor & Arrow started with Tony LaMantia, who has spent years planning trips for family, friends, church groups, and mission teams and kept noticing that the trips that go well are usually the ones where somebody paid attention to the small things early, like the timing of a connection or a document nobody thought to double check, and that is still the heart of how we work. Tony and his wife Amanda love to travel themselves, whether it's a few days in the Keys or a group trip halfway around the world, and we try to plan every trip the way we would want our own planned, with the details handled well ahead of time so you can actually enjoy where you are.
